Shubhkamna-Advert Group has its genesis in the early years
of the present century when Shri Diwakar Sharma started construction of group
housing societies in Noida and Gurgaon. Within a span of six years, Shri
Diwakar Sharma completed four group housing projects. It goes to the credit of
the Group that these projects were completed without any cost escalation or
time over-run. It is a matter of great pride for the Group that in one of the
projects there was a huge saving which was refunded to the flat-buyers in
proportion to the covered area of their flat. This itself is a unique case in
NCR where the savings in the projected flat cost were refunded to the
flat-buyers on completion of the project.
Buoyed by the success of group housing societies, Shri
Diwakar Sharma started Shubhkamna Group in the year 2010 and within a period of
six months, two group housing projects were launched in Noida and Greater
Noida. The launch of both the projects was highly successful and more than 30%
of the built up area was sold within one month of the launch. This success
further encouraged Shri Diwakar Sharma to launch new projects in a bigger way
and in a thoroughly professional manner with emphasis on marketing and other
aspects of branding. At this point of time, Shri Diwakar Sharma was looking for
